The ratio of department medicine was following : Rehabilitation Medicine 57.5%, Internal Medicine 17.9%, Neurosurgery 9.0%, Neurology 6.0%, Thoracic&Cardiovascular Surgery 3.7%, General Surgery 3.0%, Urology 0.7%, Emergency Medicine 0.7%, Otorhinolaryngology 0.7%, Orthopedic Surgery 0.7%. 3. The ratio of disorders were following : central nervous system disorders 45.5%, neurodegenerative diseases 12.7%, peripheral nervous system disorders 9.7%, neuromuscular junction disorders or myopathy 0.7%, local structural lesions 16.4%, unknown origins 2.2%, others 12.7%. 4. We found that the patients with neurodegenerative diseases and local structural lesions showed major dysfunction in oral phase. the patients with central nervous system disorders, neurodegenerative diseases and local structural lesions showed major dysfunction in pharyngeal phase. the patients with local structural lesions major dysfunction in esophageal phase.
