목적 :본 연구는 삼킴 장애를 가진 만성뇌혈관 질환으로 인한 노인환자들의 기능적 삼킴의 특성을 분석하여 질
적이고 적극적인 삼킴 장애의 치료적 접근법들의 필요성을 제시하고자 한다.
연구방법 :만성뇌혈관계질환으로 진단 받고 직접 구강 식이가 어렵거나 삼킴에 어려움을 호소하며 삼킴 장애의
증상을 나타내는 환자 76명을 대상으로 비디오 투시 조영 검사를 실시한 후 기능적 삼킴 장애 척도와 ASHA
척도를 적용하여 단순요인분산분석 및 Duncan의 사후검정을 통하여 자료를 분석하였다.
결과 :삼킴 장애를 가진 만성뇌혈관 질환으로 인한 노인환자들의 기능적 삼킴의 특성은 후두 올림의 기능저하
와 후두 계곡에 잔여물과 흡인으로 인한 구강-인두단계에 주요 문제점들을 나타내는 것으로 나타났다.
결론 :삼킴 장애를 가진 만성뇌혈관 질환으로 인한 노인환자들의 기능적 삼킴의 특성을 알아보았고 구강-인두
성 삼킴 장애의 구체적인 치료 프로그램에 관한 후속연구들이 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.
