Methods:AfterconductingfirstVideofluoroscopicSwallow Study(VFSS),dysphagiarehabilitationtherapy wasappliedto1session/30min,3times/weekandsecondevaluationwasconductedtofindouttheeffectof therapyafter4weeksalsoASHA NOMS,New VFSS,adietphasewereevaluated. Results:Noproblemswerefoundduringoralpreparatoryphaseandoralphaseinallofsubjectsandthere arebothnormalpharyngealdelayandnormalpharyngealtransittime.Althoughthereweresomeproblems suchasresidueinvalleculaeduringpharyngealphase,laryngealelevationandlossofepiglottisclosure, residueinpyriform sinusthatwereobservable,allofswallowingfunctionwereenhancedafterdysphagia rehabilitationfor4weeksanddietphasewasrosecomparedtoaninitialtestinallofparticipants. Conclusion:Dysphagiarehabilitationfordysphagiawhichoccurredafterthyroidcancersurgerywaseffective, soweshouldidentifyspecificsymptom onhomogeneousgroupofcancerpatientsanddevelopdysphagiarehabilitationtherapyoneachsymptom.
